Also known as the Italian truffle dog. With a distinctive curly coat that requires regular maintenance. Small to medium-sized dog. Intelligent, quick and agile. Sometimes cautious towards strangers but very loyal to its own family. Originally used to hunt water game, now mainly known as a truffle dog.
